The Board meets at least six times each year to review policy, potential service developments, finances and income generation.
The day-to-day running of the Hospice is delivered by the senior management team, led by the Chief Executive.

The Board is responsible for making sure our Board of trustees has the skills and experience necessary to effectively govern the Hospice. We recruit new trustees according to the needs of the Hospice.
