The Hospice is always keen for those who have used our services to help us shape and develop services in the future.
One way we do this is through our quarterly service user group which is open to anyone who has used any of the Hospice services (Inpatient Unit, Family Support inc counselling, social work and spiritual care, Living Well Services) within the last 2 years either receiving care or support directly or as someone important to those who have.
The aim of the group, which meets formally, is to contribute to ongoing service development by providing a patient and carer perspective on current service provision and proposed future developments. The group meets 4 times a year on Monday morning with a maximum commitment of 2 years.
