We’ve been nominated as Local Charity of the Year by Sainsbury’s

The Hospice of the Good Shepherd has been shortlisted for Local Charity of the Year for 2015/16 by Sainsbury’s in Chester. There will be a customer vote in-store and online during 15th – 28th June, where customers will have the chance to vote for their preferred charity.

Sainsbury’s received over 130,000 Local Charity nominations last year and we’re chuffed to have made it to the final three for our local area.

Becoming the Local Charity to Sainsbury’s Chester gives The Hospice of the Good Shepherd support and guidance over the next 12 months through fundraising and volunteering, Sainsbury’s stores have raised over £7 million for their Local Charity partners over the last 7 years.
