Whether you want to quit smoking, lose weight or give up drinking you can get your efforts sponsored and help your local Hospice at the same time. This will give you the extra motivation needed to stick to your goal.
Simply follow the steps below and kick start your fundraising with a bang!
- Firstly, choose something to give up and decide on the length of time you will be giving it up for (24 hours, one month or maybe a whole year).
- Set up your JustGiving page and start fundraising now, or contact our fundraising team firstname.lastname@example.org to request a paper sponsorship form for anyone who wants to donate in cash.
- Share your challenge with your friends and family and ask them to sponsor you.
- Stick up a calendar to keep you motivated.
