Living Well Centre
We offer a wide range of specialist palliative care services and support through a multi-disciplinary team of health and social care professionals. The Complementary Therapy and Acupuncture services are also available to those who are receiving or living with the side effects of cancer treatments. A variety of services are available through the year including:
Living Well Day Services
A 12 week programme on Tuesdays and Thursdays 10am – 3pm, provides one to one support from a Link Nurse, social support, creative activities, relaxation, gentle exercise, physiotherapy and complementary therapy.
Complementary Therapy
A 6 week course of treatment to assist with relaxation and anxiety management.
Acupuncture Clinics
To assist with symptom management and side affects of treatment.
Short Courses
Will run throughout the year including:
- Living Well with HOPE – a 6 week programme which promotes self-management skills for people living with cancer.
- Living Well with Mindfulness – a 6 week programme to develop relaxation and meditation skills.
Support for Carers
This is provided through a regular group and a short course to address common concerns and issues.

Planning for the Future Information Sessions
