Quality Account 2019/2020

The Hospice of the Good Shepherd Quality Account is an opportunity to show what our team has achieved and it also demonstrates the amount of hard work that has gone into making the Hospice such an amazing place. This report focuses on the quality of the services we provide to adults with incurable life-limiting illnesses, and their families across Cheshire West and Chester, and Deeside. It reviews the achievements from the previous year and documents our clinical audits, any complaints or compliments and also includes patient and family feedback. It also summarises the top 6 quality improvements we have set for the coming year (2020/2021).
