Clinical Services Office Manager, 37.5 hours per week, £26,000

Are you looking for a new opportunity to support the delivery of excellent services to people with life limiting illnesses at the Hospice of the Good Shepherd? 

We are looking to recruit an office manager to provide administrative support to the CEO and Director of Clinical Services, support the delivery of the clinical services with data management and IT support and manage a small busy team of admin staff.

The successful candidate will have a mature outlook, experience of leading a small team and be proactive with the ability to respond to regularly changing priorities.  You will demonstrate the ability to work efficiently whilst recognising the need for empathy, sensitivity and confidentiality when working with colleagues and the public.  Applicants must be IT literate and proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, consistently demonstrating high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.  This is a permanent contract working 37.5hrs per week with occasional evening work (Monday-Friday).  There is a requirement for attendance at an evening meeting currently every two months.

You will be joining a friendly and welcoming team with a collective aim of positively enhancing the lives of the individuals in their care. The Hospice of the Good Shepherd provides a range of specialist palliative care services for people living with both stable and advanced life limiting illness through its Living Well Centre, Family Support Services, Out Patient service and Inpatient Unit to people of West Cheshire and the Deeside area of Flintshire.
