In Memory Gifts
In our experience people sometimes prefer to ask friends and relatives to make a donation to the work here at the Hospice of the Good Shepherd rather than send flowers to their loved one’s funeral.
If this is something you have considered then we are happy to let you have a supply of printed cards explaining your preference to friends and relatives as well as details of our FREEPOST address where they can send their gift. All you have to do is write the name of your loved one and distribute the cards to your friends and relatives.
Asking people to send their gifts direct to the Hospice means that there is less for you to do at a time when you probably have more than enough to cope with.
We will notify you of who has donated to us after all the gifts have been processed.

I want all donations from 6 April 2000, including this donation, to the Hospice of the Good Shepherd (Charity No. 515516) to be treated as a Gift Aid donation.
I understand that I must be a UK tax payer who pays an amount of income tax or capital gains tax at least equal to the tax the charity reclaims on my donation during each financial year.
All you need to do is to provide Margaret Hopkins with:
*your name
*address
*the name of your loved one
*quantity of cards required
We will then post them to you
